With 30 years of experience managing a variety of organizations — public, private, and non-profit Eleza brings a wealth of knowledge to her role as Operations Manager at Plan2Thrive Financial. Her diverse background allows her to find creative and efficient solutions to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Outside of work, Eleza is passionate about giving back to her community. She currently serves as President of the Board for the Life and Family Educational Trust in Bettendorf, IA, helping educate, empower and equip women facing unexpected or unsupported pregnancies, as well as education for tweens and teens on healthy relationships with themselves and others. Eleza annually volunteers for Junior Achievement, teaching financial literacy to elementary students. She’s also a proud Daughter of the American Revolution, embracing her family’s history and legacy of protecting freedom.

When she’s not working or volunteering, Eleza enjoys spending time with her husband, Conrad, and their two daughters, Camilla and Tabitha. Together, they love to travel, try new recipes, and Eleza loves any opportunity to dive into a good historical fiction book. It’s all about creating memories and having fun along the way!
